Purpose:
This policy governs the appropriate use of Hesed University’s name, logo, and branding assets by corporate sponsors. It ensures consistency, compliance with IRS regulations, and preservation of the University’s faith-based identity.
1. Permitted Uses:
– Sponsors may use the University’s name and logo for neutral acknowledgment only (e.g., “Proud Sponsor of Hesed University”).
– Logos may appear on approved event materials, the University’s website, and in select publications with University consent.
2. Prohibited Uses:
– Use of University name or logo in advertising, product endorsements, pricing comparisons, or calls to action.
– Phrases such as “official partner of” or “endorsed by Hesed University” are strictly prohibited.
– Misuse or distortion of the University’s logo, colors, or design elements.
3. Approval Process:
All proposed uses of Hesed University’s name or logo must be submitted in advance to sponsor@hesed.education for review and written approval.
4. Co-Branding Requirements:
The University’s name/logo must not be smaller or subordinate to any sponsor branding in shared media.
5. Duration of Use:
Branding rights extend only for the term of the signed sponsorship agreement. Continued use after termination is not permitted without express written consent.
6. Compliance:
Violations of this policy may result in termination of the sponsorship agreement and withdrawal of recognition benefits.
